Hi. I’ve been a bit absent, I’m sorry. I’m still taking photos with the intention of pulling them together into some sort of post, but life has been, well, life, and I’ve been a bit consumed with the day-to-day act of living it and the everlasting struggle to be present.
I keep coming back to this question: how are you breathing? It’s one that my yoga instructor asks during our Tuesday morning classes and it always strikes me. How am I breathing? Usually, especially in these times when I get busy just living, it’s shallow and quickly. I don’t like to breathe like that, I prefer to breathe deeply, with intention.
My garden is planted and growing, my kitchen is messy. My heart is full. I am breathing.
So, how are you breathing?
Until next time,
Dretta
